I have been developing Ecstatic Dance Programs for over five years. My style is a mix of classical, soul, Hip-hop, Electronica, Country, Regge, Blues, Folk, Dance Soul, and Gospel. I aim for a full spectrum of sound and emotions in each dance.

The Emotional Pathway

The uniqueness of my music that it follows the emotional pathway. An emotional release in the form of screaming rage, tears of pain, or tears of letting go can only be facilitated by tapdancing on the emotions at the surface, then diving deep into wound with sound one layer at a time. Eventually when we're at a point where we can't take it anymore, we loose our shit and freak out or cry. Only then can we let go of what we need to.

Amplified Sound Healing

Sound can be used to disrupt the stagnant energies within us. It serves as a catalyst for profound spiritual healing, shattering the walls of resistance and inviting transformation of ones psyche by allowing us to release emotions, beliefs, and the unknown within us.

This paves a way for profound healing.

Each program takes about 5 hours of work. The most time-consuming part of making a program is: You cannot listen to it the same day you finish making or adjusting it. You have to have a night of sleep so you can hear it with a fresh pair of ears.

There are five general stages.

1. Chosing your playlist.

2. Song Transitions.

3. Go to bed - Wake up the next day.

4. Listen for what you want to adjust.

5. Adjust it.

Repeat 3, 4, & 5 until you're happy.

Every day you wake up you'll hear something new.

The mix you're about to watch took me ten days to complete.
